After many miles of travel they came upon an inn
Near to giving birth to Him they sought to rest within
On that night a King was born a gift to all mankind
A sacrificial lamb He was so precious so divine
Wise men would come bearing gifts by direction of a star
For angel had proclaimed His birth and they traveled from afar
It was prophesied many years ago
That a child would lead the way
Because of that night we honor Him
And celebrate Christmas day!
Honoring Christ This Christmas
...behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, saying, "Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him"
